Whiskey Wednesday!
As always, all open bottles of whiskey are 25% off a pour from 4pm-10pm. We have over 35 bottles of different Bourbon, American, Rye, Irish, Japanese and Scotch Whiskey's to try. This week we are opening 1 new bottle.
The 1st bottle is Russell's Reserve Private Barrel Selection. This Bottle is a local retailer pick and limited in quantity. They describe this 110 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon as Kentucky-Clean on the palate, with honey-kissed citrus, summer fruits, crisp mint, and cinnamon, balanced by creamy vanilla and soft toffee. A solid bourbon that's nicely rounded and vibrant.
The 2nd bottle is Starlight Distillery, Carl T. Huber's Cigar Batch bourbon, finished in Amburana Rum barrels. This bottle is a bottle pick by the local distributor. Similar releases of this batch have been rated 90 by Whiskyadvocate.com. The describe it as cinnamon, flamed orange, and bread pudding aromas kick off this sweet whiskey. The palate keeps up the sweetness with vanilla, cinnamon rolls, gingersnaps, and antique shop oak attempting to balance the cinnamon. Water brings out chocolate and earthier flavors. The finish is long with citrus and the ever-present cinnamon twang.

Join us Thursday, January 8th for Taco Thursday with Jalisquilla Tacos. Bringing you delicious local food to shake things up from our regular menu, which will still be available. Jalisquilla will be with us from 4-8pm and you are welcome to grab some of their delicious eats and bring them inside for a beer or cocktail.

The Goat Brewing opened March 6, 2021. We brew an assortment of American, Belgian & German beer styles, ciders, meads and seltzers. There is plenty of seating in our taproom & picnic tables outside. Four Large TV's showing most sporting events & surround sound to enjoy a variety of music in a very enjoyable atmosphere.
