Whiskey Wednesday!
January 28th
As always, all open bottles of whiskey are 25% off a pour from 4pm-10pm. We have over 35 bottles of different Bourbon, American, Rye, Irish, Japanese and Scotch Whiskey's to try. This week we are opening 1 new bottle.
The 1st bottle is 1792 small batch high rye bourbon. This release is noted as a blend of sweetness and complexity, thanks to the distiller's precise proof-point touch. The bourbon’s palate is a continuation of what started on the nose, with the sweetness of strawberry runts and the richness of red fruits leading to a satisfying, though unexpected, oakyness. This transition ensures that while the bourbon is sweet, it unmistakably retains its distinguished bourbon character. The finish, while not the standout feature, evolves pleasantly with each sip, rounding off an overall profile that is both approachable for newcomers and deeply satisfying for aficionados.
The 2nd bottle is Uncle Nearest Cognac Cask finished whiskey. Coming in at 122.4 proof, this special release begins with their award-winning Uncle Nearest 1884 mash bill—-patiently aged to perfection, elegantly finished in XO Cognac casks.
These barrels, once home to XO – Extra Cognac from the Fins Bois and Borderies regions of France, impart delicate floral and fruity notes born from the region’s distinctive terroir. The result is a bold, cask strength, small batch blend that beautifully bridges American whiskey tradition with French refinement. It’s more than a pour—it’s a first taste of the journey ahead, offering an exclusive preview of the flavor experience waiting when Uncle Nearest Cognac makes its stateside debut.
These 2 bottles will be opened at 7pm
Join us January 29th for the delicious smash burgers and creative comfort foods from Carson Culinerdy. They will join us from 4-8pm. Grab a bite and join us inside for a delicious drink. Spouse or friend not want Culinerdy? The Goat will still be serving up our flatbreads, paninis and sausages.

Using guitar, bass, shredding harmonica and percussion, Justin loops live beats right in front of his audience. The venues he plays have not only spoken about his incredible vocal talent, but also his ability to set a vibe in the room. This is a Free event.

The Goat Brewing opened March 6, 2021. We brew an assortment of American, Belgian & German beer styles, ciders, meads and seltzers. There is plenty of seating in our taproom & picnic tables outside. Four Large TV's showing most sporting events & surround sound to enjoy a variety of music in a very enjoyable atmosphere.
