Whiskey Wednesday!
As always, all open bottles of whiskey are 25% off a pour from 4pm-10pm. We have over 35 bottles of different Bourbon, American, Rye, Irish, Japanese and Scotch Whiskey's to try. This week we are opening 2 new bottles.
The 1st bottle is Elijah Craig and their most recent Barrel Proof release. Batch #B525 is 11 1/2-year, Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a proof of 126.2. Tasting notes include "lots of oak and some leather. The cinnamon spice impresses me with how quickly it stands out. I also find spices like peppercorns and chili powder which ramp up the spice level. Other flavors include a bit of chocolate, and fruits like orange zest and grilled apricot. The heat might be a little more noticeable due to the thick viscosity of the bourbon. It really clings to the inside of your cheeks!"-thebourbonculture.com
The 2nd bottle is the most recent release of 10-year Eagle Rare. Flavor notes are "Lots of sweetness emanating from a mix of caramel, dark chocolate, and orange peels. A dash of powdered cinnamon paired with cloves, star anise and pepper. Oaky with a bit of char. The finish is dry, warm and long with cloves, cinnamon with the sweetness of caramel."-mywhiskeydiaries.com

We now have charcuterie boxes made by Downtown Deli and Market by Flavor, Millers Flavored Popcorn, PJs Flavored Pretzels and KC Pretzel Boys warm soft pretzels, all made locally. Some weekends there will be a food truck here to give you more food options. You are always welcome to bring in outside food, anytime. The Goat Brewing Co opened March 6, 2021. We brew an assortment of American, Belgian & German beer styles, ciders, meads and s. There is plenty of seating in our taproom and picnic tables outside. Four Large TV's showing most sporting events and surround sound to enjoy a variety of music in a very enjoyable atmosphere.
